1. Free trial
Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing.
2. Money-back guarantee
If you forget to cancel and your trial converts to a paid membership, you're still covered: we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. Request it within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full, no quibble.
3. How to request a refund

- Tell us it's a first-charge refund request — no long explanation needed.
- We aim to confirm within 2 business days; the refund is issued to your original payment method.
4. Statutory rights (EU / Spain)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of subscribing. Where you ask us to begin providing the service during that period, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be reduced proportionally for the part already used, in line with applicable law. These statutory rights apply in addition to the money-back guarantee above, and nothing in this policy limits them.
5. After the first charge
Beyond the first-charge guarantee and any statutory right, subsequent renewals are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If something has gone wrong — a billing error, a service outage — contact us and we'll make it right.
